There is no minimum order value.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">How we calculate the delivery time<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The delivery time starts with receipt of your payment and includes 1\u20132 working days of processing. Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays in Baden-W\u00fcrttemberg.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Parcel tracking<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">As soon as your order is on its way, you\u2019ll receive an email with the tracking number. Tracking can take up to 24 hours to show current data.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Please check your delivery address<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Check your address before ordering. If you notice a mistake, write to us immediately at <a href=\"mailto:support@furrymart.shop\">support@furrymart.shop<\/a>. As long as the order hasn\u2019t been shipped yet, we can change the address.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Delays<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If a delivery is delayed, we\u2019ll inform you by email. You can then withdraw from the contract if the goods have not yet been shipped.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Lost or damaged parcels<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If a parcel arrives damaged, ideally have the damage confirmed by the delivery person and send us photos of the packaging and goods to <a href=\"mailto:support@furrymart.shop\">support@furrymart.shop<\/a>. If tracking shows \u201cdelivered\u201d but you haven\u2019t received the parcel, please contact us within 7 days. We\u2019ll clarify this with the shipping company.
